Posted August 15th, 2013 Stephen Blackmore, along with other industry professionals, discusses the benefits and pitfalls of working with LinkedIn: > “LinkedIn recently passed its 200 million user mark and while it provides an invaluable source of candidate information, by design, it is unable to provide the value added service which is usually obtainable through outsourcing to an agency. The business world is without doubt a fast-paced environment, one that can often leave website information, such as LinkedIn, out of date and incomplete. The best candidates, those who are dedicated to their work, may not have time to update a profile or may not be online at all.
