Colleague can now offer fully integrated functionality provided by DaXtra within its Colleague front and back office recruitment software package.
DaXtra's sophisticated `Candidate Capture' [in 2013 rebranded as DaXtraCapture] product allows recruiters to automatically transfer data from candidates CVs, received via email or online, directly into their own databases. The DaXtra software effectively `reads' the electronic document and moves the information within it to the correct place in the recruiters own candidate management system - a process known as `parsing'.
During this process the DaXtra software will automatically check for duplicate records within the existing database and update them rather than creating a second file for the same candidate. 'Candidate Capture' can be used to cleanse the entire database, eliminate duplicates, add missing information and unify all records.
The parsing process takes seconds and DaXtra claim to achieve human level accuracy with up to a 90% saving on data administration costs and an increase in CV handling capability. The DaXtra Candidate Capture system can also understand CVs presented in multiple different languages.
