Daxtra and Invenias by Bullhorn

Take Invenias to the next level with Daxtra’s AI search and match technology

Daxtra is partnering with Invenias by Bullhorn to offer powerful search and match technology. We can help you find the best talent for your clients faster.

We are delighted to be the first Invenias search and match partner, integrating directly into Invenias. We enable users to find the best talent for their assignments - faster and easier than ever before.

We know that it can be hard to find the best people. The way that assignments are written and searches are constructed can often be different from the way people describe themselves on their resume.

Our latest sourcing upgrade, Daxtra Search Nexus:

  • creates clever links using term expansion, meaning we can expand keywords into their synonyms and aliases to cast a wider net of relevant talent
  • intelligently ranks people by relevance based on the context of their experience and skills, rather than just the number of times a word appears in their resume
  • integrates directly with Invenias to allow consultants to run one search over both Invenias and external sources

We help you find the best talent to match your assignments without the need to code or learn complex Boolean. Your consultants will use one unified solution - driving productivity across the business both now and in the future. This means they can spend more time on building relationships with your talent and your clients.
