Colleague can now offer fully integrated functionality provided by DaXtra within its Colleague front and back office recruitment software package.

DaXtra Technologies has completed the acquisition of HR Information Ltd, the company behind the Peoplebank applicant tracking system, from Trinity Mirror PLC for an undisclosed sum.

Penta, which earlier this year gained a Queen's Award for Enterprise, has installed DaXtra, a resume extraction tool so that it can deliver a faster and more responsive service to customers.
