RecFest is making a comeback on July 6th, marking its second year at Knebworth Park in Hertfordshire. Once again, we're gearing up and cannot wait to be a part of this festive recruitment event.
The doors will open bright and early at 8am, kicking off a day filled with content sessions led by over 100 industry-leading speakers across nine different stages. Attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a diverse range of topics and discussions, in addition to having over 70 amazing activation sites to explore.

We’ll also be bringing back Whack-a-mole which you will be able play throughout the day. Everyone will receive some jelly beans for participating, however, the winner of each round wins a double-walled water bottle. Furthermore, by sharing your top recruitment challenges with us, you'll have a chance to enter a prize draw and potentially win a brand new pair of AirPods!
RecFest is a celebration of the recruitment industry, aimed to facilitate a one-of-a-kind experience for gathering, connecting and networking. It serves as a platform where attendees can not only engage with their peers but also have their queries addressed by recruitment and talent acquisition experts. With an expected attendance of over 5,000 people, this year’s event is sure to be bigger and better than ever.
