That's why we pursued Warden AI Assurance for our Candidate Matching feature and why we're making the results public.
What is Warden Assured?
Warden AI is an independent third-party auditing platform for HR technology. The Warden Assured standard means that an AI system has been:
- Independently assessed: results are not influenced by the vendor.
- Continuously monitored: not a one-time certification, but ongoing auditing.
- Transparently reported: results are publicly available for anyone to review.
- Tested across multiple dimensions of fairness and bias.
Importantly, Warden Assured is not a compliance checkbox. It's an active, evolving commitment, because AI systems evolve, and assurance must keep pace.
What We Tested and What We Found
Warden AI conducted independent bias auditing of Daxtra's Candidate Matching feature the AI that evaluates candidate profiles against employer-defined job requirements to produce a match score.
The audit covered 102 independent tests across a sample of 25,088 real candidate evaluations. Monthly auditing is now in place, with the most recent audit completed on 5 June 2026.
The results: 102 Clear. 0 Consider. 0 Concern.

Why This Matters for Your Organization
