DaXtra Technologies, the recruitment automation specialist, has appointed Stephen Blackmore as European Head of Sales. Returning to DaXtra after two years as Client Director of Workplace Systems, Blackmore is tasked with managing DaXtra’s continued growth throughout Europe.

Blackmore will be responsible for heading up the sales activities across Europe, developing the new business strategy and building a new team across Europe. He will undertake a thorough review of internal sales and business processes to ensure that they are aligned with the business growth required by the company over the next five years.

Blackmore will also contribute to the wider business strategy by identifying new sales targets and markets.

Blackmore has worked in the sales industry for over 12 years, specialising in human capital management and sales leadership. Prior to rejoining DaXtra this month, Blackmore was Client Director of SaaS Workforce Management Solutions provider Workplace Systems. Here he was responsible for business development within large multi-national enterprises, Blackmore is familiar with working in high pressure environments and managing complex sales cycles within vertical industries, as well as wider business.

Speaking of his new appointment, Blackmore comments, “Returning to an organisation provides a tremendous opportunity to drive the business forward with a clear understanding of strategy from the outset. I am in a unique position to develop and manage DaXtra’s operational processes, improve sales efficiencies and most importantly help to scale the business quickly.”

Blackmore continues, “Now well established in the UK and US, I am looking to expand and extend our client base across Europe, capitalising upon the successes which we have in place and building a market leading team.”

Andrei Mikheev CEO at DaXtra concludes, “Stephen’s knowledge of the industry and skills in identifying new sales opportunities will prove invaluable as we build the business throughout Europe. Having Stephen back on the team will provide clear direction for the sales team and a great opportunity to use his managerial experience to produce a step change in our sales performance.”

Stephen enjoys a commute into London from Ascot, where he currently lives with his wife and two girls, Isabella and Tilly.
